Toffee & Sea Salt Caramels

In this collection, you will find our handmade toffee and sea salt caramels.

Our toffee is made simply with butter, sugar, cream, vanilla beans, and sea salt that are caramelized and then spread into a crunchy, buttery thin layer that is coated with 41% milk chocolate on one side and 64% dark chocolate on the other, with roasted/salted/chopped pecans and almonds pressed into the tempered chocolate, resulting in indescribable layers of texture and decadence.

Our sea salt caramels are a mixture of butter, cream, sugar, corn syrup, vanilla beans, and sea salt that are carefully caramelized and mixed together to result in a melt in your mouth soft caramel that we hand-cut into squares and then hand dip in either 41% milk chocolate or 64% dark chocolate, sprinkled with maldon sea salt.
